okayyyy... so I would like to start out by saying that I'm sorry for being the worst blogger in the world. I know it's been about a month since I last posted, but with the end of the school year comes endless stress and no time for anything. Hopefully once summer gets here I'll do better.
But anyway...
This spring I got to go on the annual eight grade trip to New York City, and oh man, was it a blast! I guess I'll just go through my schedule according to the pictures since they're already in chronological order. Sorry this has taken me so long. I'm a slacker:]
Day #1: Friday
*Drove into actual New York for the first time (considering our hotel was technically in New Jersey.) First stop: ferry station for Ellis Island where we waited for the boat and took the first skyline pictures.
We then boarded the crowded boat where we got some awesome views...
Got off at the Statue of Liberty where we took MORE pictures and just hung out enjoying each others' company since it was closed for going inside.
...Hopped on the boat again to go back to Ellis Island...
...More glamour shots...
These are all the people with the last name "Smith" that passed through Ellis Island: relatives? idk
....and then there was one "Meek"...
The rest of the day included a bus tour of Manhattan, with stops such as Ground Zero, St. Paul's church, beautiful Central Park.
