This Monday and Tuesday, Knoxville was blessed with what will probably be the only sheet of snow this year. And when I say "sheet" it really was just that. I was hopin for a little more of a blanket, or maybe a quilt, but sadly you could still see the grass blades pokin out & the sledding wasn't too good... but that didn't stop us!
I really couldn't tell you how many cups of hot chocolate I've consumed this week! talk about yikes!
